Dr. Marion Williams

MD. Medical Director for Insight Mental Wellness

Dr. Marion O. Williams is a double board certified physician as a Internist and Psychiatrist. She primarily practices as a Psychiatrist and functions as the Medical Director for Insight Mental Wellness PA. She received her medical degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Dr. Dorcas Adepoju

MD. Collaborating Psychiatrist with Insight Mental Wellness

A board-certified psychiatrist. She currently act as a supervising physician at the clinic, according to the Texas state medical board regulation. She does not visit with any patients at the clinic. She believes in and practices whole person care.

Dr. Joseph Simpson

MD. Collaborating Psychiatrist with Insight Mental Wellness

Joseph Simpson MD, did Psychiatric Residency at University of Texas Health Science Center graduating in 1977. He currently acts as a supervising psychiatrist at the clinic. His passion for psychiatry has led him to practice in various settings including San Antonio State Hospital, Center for Health Care Services, Bexar County Jail, Crosspoint Program, and in private practice. He has a major interest in pharmacology, childhood trauma, addiction treatment, mental health crisis intervention training, and integrative medicine.

Dr. Gloria Tolani

Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse

A board-certified PMHNP-BC, with an MSN and DNP from the University of South Alabama, specializes in collaborative patient care for mental health. Passion for psychiatry dates back to her 2012 nursing debut.

Susan Smart

LPC-S

Licensed professional counselor supervisor in Texas, experienced in guiding youth and young adults through life transitions, mental health challenges, and personal growth, with a strong background in counseling and clinical leadership.
