Sarah Veach is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been licensed since 2019. Sarah is available in the clinic and virtually. She specializes in children as young as 9 years old. Sarah is also an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, visual aids and tools to help children identify their emotions through the sensations in their body and learn how to express them in a positive manner. Sarah also works with adults using CBT, Person Centered and Solution Focused Therapy. Sarah is trained in providing trauma informed care and co-occurring psychiatric disorders and substance use disorders. She provides individual therapy to people suffering with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, low self-esteem, panic disorder, social phobia, PTSD, adjustment disorders, conduct disorder, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, and ADHD.
